Under these circumstances only, and if no convenient alternative date can be agreed, any monies paid will be fully refunded.
  5. Stand-Up-Paddleboard hire is subject to all participants having tried SUP before, that they are all able to stand, and also recover from a fall. If, on the day of hire, it is deemed by management that anybody in the group does not show such confidence, for their own safety we will be forced to cancel hire. Under these circumstances, payment will be refunded. The management’s decision will be final.

If late, it is very likely that other fellow paddlers will be delayed by you. Therefore, it may be necessary to leave without you and you may lose your payment.
